Case Details The skeletal remains of the victim were located in a wooded area of Sheshequin Twp, about 50 feet east of the Susquehanna River. Most of the remains were entwined around roots of bushes and small trees, indicating that the remains had laid there for some time, long enough for plant life to grow into them. From the position of the remains, and their condition, it is likely that the body had washed up from the river during high water and deposited in the flood plain for at least a couple of years.
