Case Details David was last seen on Monday, April 28, 1999 at a friend's house in Lake Winola. He called his mother to let her know that he would be returning to his home in New York City. He supposedly took a taxi from the Lake Winola residence to Scranton, where he would catch the bus back to NYC. It is unknown if he ever made it to Scranton or, if he did, if he caught the bus to NYC, but he never arrived home. His family and friends have not seen nor heard from him since.
