Case Details
James was last seen on Sunday, February 5, 2012 on Sharp Mountain, near the Hillside SPCA where his friends say they dropped him off.  He was reported missing by his sister on February 19, 2012.  The report was filed with the Blythe Twp Police since James is a resident of Cumbola.
Searches of the Sharp Mountain area have been conducted with negative results.  James has not applied for unemployment or access his bank account since he was last seen.  It is also highly unlikely that he would be gone for so long without contacting his young son.
Blythe Twp police have since closed their investigation and turned it over to the Schuylkill County District Attorney's Office.  SCDA is working with the Pottsville Police.  The investigation is ongoing.
