Hair: long (about 24"), wavy brown hair with slight gray at the roots
Eye Color: brown
Marks, scars, tattoos: none observed
Medical: severe scoliosis
Clothing: Navy blue Adidas sweatshirt, blue Adidas t-shirt, blue jeans (size 16), light color underpants, blue socks, brown Colorado boots.  Tiger-color barrette in hair.  Blue Eastpack backpack with blue bandanna tied on the strap.
Cause of Death: drowning
State of Remains: decomposed
Fingerprints: records destroyed
Dentals: Available
DNA: Available in FBI NMPDD

Circumstances

On January 12, 2000, the fully-clothed body of a white female was pulled from the Schuylkill River near South Street in Philadelphia.  Her fingerprints were taken and processed, but produced no records.
