Case details
The body of an unidentified woman was found on Sunday, January 30, 1994 in an abandoned house at 4114 Lancaster Avenue in West Philadelphia. Area residents stated that she was possibly mentally ill or an alcoholic since she used to walk up and down the street carrying a bottle and talking to herself. None of them knew her by name.
