Unidentified Black Female Found July 13, 2006 in Philadelphia, Philadelphia County
Estimated Age: 38 to 50 yrs Estimated Height: 5'6" Estimated Weight: 90 to 120 lbs Hair Color: Black Eye Color: unknown Scars: large, linear abdominal scar from the xyphoid process to the pubic area. Clothing: blue jean skirt (above the knee, GAP brand, size 4), a blue belt and black cotton tights. Fingerprints: available Dentals: available DNA: available Estimated Time of Death: a week prior to discovery
The victim was found at a recycling plant on Rising Sun Avenue in Philadelphia. The badly decomposed remains were found in a pile of trash and construction material that was to be recycled at the plant. The week before the body was found, temperatures had been around 100 degrees, accelerating decomposition and making age and race determination difficult. Her fingerprints were processed by the FBI but have produced no record.
