Case Details
Kenneth Williams was last seen as he was leaving his mother's house in Monaca, Beaver County on Saturday, May 14, 2011 at around 5:30 a.m.  He was driving a black 2005 Ford 500 sedan that he had borrowed from his cousin.  The car was located the following day near Staler Run Road in a remote area of Monongalia County, WV.
The car was in good running condition with plenty of gas.  The doors were unlocked but the keys were not in it.  Additionally, the driver's seat had been pulled up close to the wheel, too close for Kenneth, at 6 ft, to be able to drive the car. There was no sign of Kenneth.
Authorities searched the surrounding area, utilizing search dogs, but the dogs failed to pick up Kenneth's scent.
Kenneth is off of his meds and may not know where he is.  He is also licensed to carry a .40 caliber gun, which has not been found.
